Thanks Alan. I believe I located the manual that you are referring to here as the error codes seem to match. I contacted Mr. Cool support and the technician also identified the inverter module as possibly defective. After some lengthy testing, Mr. Cool has offered to send a new unit. Regards, CB

Hello, I have just completed installation of a Mr. Cool DIY 18K BTU Ductless Mini-Split and powered the unit up for the first time. Unit powers up. AC works. Heat does not work. Unit displays "P0". I'm wondering if anyone here has encountered this error code before. Regards, CB
