I have an older version that has been in my garage for about 10 years, the only issue I have had was the wide top drawer slides went out, but easily replaced with standard drawer slides. better slides makes the drawers work better.

Nice Garage, I agree you are not going to know what you want until you start working in the space, you will "remodel" the garage several times so make it easy to do so.

I installed the Tailwind garage door app, quick look at my phone and I can tell if the door is open or closed. It also allows me to set a timer to close the door at a give time if the door is open. It is petty cool, I like it.

Rat Zapper, battery powered with some dry dog food. I have killed plenty of rats in my attic with these. super easy.
