Just check the spec on your networking device. Router, switch, etc that you're going to use. 300'+ on cat5 isn't a problem. There's also cat5e. Basic pc setup should be fine. Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk

I used Tung Oil on a guitar I built a few years back and I've been hooked since. Personally, I think the more coats the better. You can lightly buff with steel wool between coats to smooth the surface out too. Wipe clean then re-apply. I've used it on the workbench in my shed too.

Yeah, I believe you need sheetrock on the connecting wall. The other walls can be osb or whatever.

I have the safety cables on mine. But I had a spring snap last year on one of my doors. Luckily my truck was in there at the time, but it snapped the 2x4 support it was attached to in half! Definitely pick up some safety cables if you don’t have them. Home Depot, Lowes, etc sells spring kits.

I have a phone line and a coax piped out to my shed/workshop. I pay $5/month for the digital box. It's nice having all those channels when I want to relax and have a few beers.
