steel building overhang and water intrusion

No plans on enclosing the overhang. The 6x6 roll up is to get my zero turn out without having to move my truck or motorcycles and for some cross ventilation in the summer. I've had some water ingress there, but it has been reduced since I put in a rubber water barrier. I don't expect it to be...

steel building overhang and water intrusion

Not much fix there, do you have water on the opposite side? Negative, the only place water is coming in is on that side. I installed garage door threshold seals to keep water from coming under the doors. It's not pooling water. Essentially the exterior concrete is getting wet migrating to...

steel building overhang and water intrusion

It's not coming into the building there, but yes it is hitting the paneling and rolling down to the concrete. The paneling is one piece that extends from the roof to the concrete. They did not cut it at the trim if that makes sense. The rain is coming in at the bottom.

steel building overhang and water intrusion

Wanted to get some opinions on this while the weather is bad. I had a 30x40 steel building put up about 2 months ago with vertical paneling and an overhang. First time it rained i discovered rain was hitting the side wall, going behind the overhang trim and running to the ground where it is...
