Suburbanite front attached 22x24 - a cell phone photo diary

I've added some tire racks and a ceiling hoist on Father's Day. :) With the height of my ceiling, I didn't want to be lugging up that kind of weight over my shoulder up a ladder.

Nothing like a reply ~5.5 years later! :) There weren't many changes a year later, nor ~5.5 years later now. Two kids have shown up in my house since the Garage was finished - so my time has shifted towards those 'projects'. I haven't slept in 4 years! I'm glad I was able to complete all the...

Can you recommend a Water Flow Meter for a homebrew sprinkler system?

What controllers have you looked @ that were $1000? When I was looking into a web based controller, Irrigation Caddy seemed pretty economical @ $180. Not sure about the flow measuring though. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004HIGV5O/ref=redir_mdp_mobile Sent from my BlackBerry 9900 using...

    Epoxy Master

I purchased mine through Costco online (grey kit), which was a pretty reasonable price @ the time for ~480sqft of coverage.

    Epoxy Master

Doing a search should yield some results. I used Epoxy Master for my garage and it has been solid without issues for over a year now. Have a look @ the link below to see my Garage Gallery thread.

    SmartPhone Mobile Garage Door Opener

My brother in law has built a slick retail device that lets you operate & check the status of your Garage Door(s) remotely via an iPhone app from anywhere in the world (Android app is in beta right now, so coming soon). As soon as I caught wind of this from him, I knew that Garage Journal's...

You know - I'm not really sure there is much that can be done besides putting in the time & effort to clean. My 850 rarely moves in the winter, especially when the roads are wet & filled with gravel. So that helps tremendously, though only on one side of the garage. The wife's Lancer is in/out...

Thanks! I have since : 1.) Added more slatwall. With the addition of more gardening tools, etc over the summer from landscaping I had already outgrown the section of slatwall I installed when we moved in. I also created a recycling centre of sorts by the interior door using bins mounted to the...

Do you guys leave your garage door open when coating?

I left my garage door open maybe a foot or so during application & curing (or as close as I could get it without touching). Plan to have the garage door opener handy so you can open the door near your completion time. One thing to keep in mind if your garage is facing the sun - that the exposed...

    RAD Garage

Re: Rick's Double Garage in Calgary, CAN Rick! Love the updated photos - the changes look great. Cleaned up the heater wiring, new paint & the TV! I've got my sink hooked up & have a computer going on the workbench now. Summer's certainly not calming down for me, but let's try to schedule a...

This is probably always up for debate, although... whether you work in your garage a lot should not dictate whether you finish the garage or not... because: - For most people, the garage is the first thing they see when they arrive home - it can set a mood if it is a mess! I'd prefer to come...

With some of the garage projects out of the way - it's time to get some work done IN the garage, as opposed to ON the garage itself. Patient #1 has some old leaking gaskets that need replacing - so it is time to clean up a spare set of intake manifolds & valve covers to go in afterwards...
