What's the difference between standard and high lift doors? The door is 12' insulated panel in a 16' wall.

Tried searching, too much info too spread out. Looking into putting an opener on a 12x12 insulated door. I don't know if there is any to stay away from.

One more for smooth sailing. Neighborhood was a perfect fit for us. Restrictions, but ones we could live with. Mine is a 40x60 steel building and there was already one in the neighborhood when we built our house. Developer lives here and was able to be choosey with who their nieghbors were...

My shop is not painted but definitely has a Ford theme. Even better it's an early Bronco theme. Any given time there is 2 to 4 Broncos in there.
