Should have pulled the trigger when you posted it last. I figured waiting would make the prices drop, turns out it did the opposite. Just my luck

How big of a garage are we talking here? Not sure what types of hardware stores you have around you but Amazon is also your friend. Get yourself a Duraglo or MrHeat propane heater. Get a tank or two of propane and run them for 2 hours on and 5 off. I know it's a scary thought but also cant over...
Subbed for future. Slab was poured just before Christmas so I'll be waiting until late spring / early summer before i coat it. I'm 28x20 and my neighbor also wants to do his 20x24 at the same time so I'm also looking for a larger order

Clearly this project is no where near done yet but with this storm i can't even tell you how great of a feeling it is to be able to take this picture

That is serious soil erosion under there. If you're looking for a 5 year fix then pour over. Otherwise you should rip out. If it was poured that long ago there may only be an inch or two at most poured. Not that you're necessarily worried about code, but here no less than 4" for anything that...
Welp - that is the case for me too. 7-8 weeks. He has the basic stuff in stock but the more I think about it, I didn't come this far to put the exact same stuff back up. It'll be worth the wait

Should i start from the good wall and work out to the right? Or start from the right and work in to the good side? Bottom to top or top down? Im also favoring this setup because the rear wall isnt built 16 nor 24" on center. Its kinda inconsistent, whereas the two exterior sides at 16oc (close...
I had rot and termite damage primarily to the front right corner. Jacked up the front corner about 8 inches, cut out the damage and filled the gaps. The biggest issue is about 20 years ago there was a footing poured along the outside wall (before me). The footing was poured about 3-4inches...
I'm in North Jersey - I gotta guy for everything
I've done enough side work and help/favors for many people over the years. Lots of phone calls. If it was strictly business the garage would have been done two months ago lol so that's a negative but it's finally almost done and that's what...
You're the man!! I was in there two weeks ago for my bi-monthly trip (eye roll). Thats when I confirmed those previous prices but the guys told me they were going to be dropping mid December and didnt happen. I guess it finally happened!! Good thing my next visit isnt far off [emoji849]. At...
Lol if it was 24 I would be ok with it. Cant find any 4x8s for under 35 around here right now - and that's the cheap stuff

Doors are ordered. Only doing power on the middle door. Here's a BS Photoshop of what it should look likez hopefully be in within two weeks or so. I put the one wall pack LED there when I first moved in because its pitch black back there. It's 2800lm at 5k does a great job but I'm thinking...
