    No heat in the room anyways, insulation will be on the inside wall. Only fresh air will have to come from the Screen door, and its usually warm too. It doesn't need to go fast. I think a PC fan would work. But I don't know how fast it would run with a solar panel, or what the ratio is for Solar...

    Just a regular shingled entryway, but it gets sun exposure all day long, and the only ventilation is the windows in the screen door.

    You could also put a false roof on above the regular one. That would take a lot of heat off the roof inside. Its an addon but I've heard it works very well.
