I got lucky I got it fixed took the front cover off, and then the control board I assume it's a control board had a bunch of relays and capacitors on it anyways there was a wire burned off the black wire I guess the main power going in anyways I put a new connector on it that's running now so...

I don't know what you mean by cycle power? No the fan doesn't run it doesn't come on at all. No lights no nothing.
