I've come across quite a few different combinations, but none with a flat screwdriver inner along with a slotted (flat screwdriver) outer.

Need a hand identifying what this tool is called and used for. The inner (slotted screwdriver) rotates inside of the outside slotted screwdriver. Looks manufactured, but not sure. Any insight would be appreciated. Greg

Box(es) came in the bottom of a crate I acquired from an old plant mechanic. Most of them look like new, so I have a hard time believing they came from busted tools. Most look like they were never assembled at the factory.

Unless I get some other insight, that may be the way to go. I'll pull the parts you referred to from the pile before I re-box things, and we saw see. Thanks for the thoughts!
