I had this happen when I warrantied a long snapon Philips screwriver. I received a replacement in the mail then the next day another package shows up with another screwdriver. I called to say what happened and they said thanks for letting them know and to keep it!

I have the 52" husky and it's not bad. I use it a lot as a home box and is doing good and is a good buy for the money. I would of got the us general box but I live in canada. Id jump on another for 175$!
