From a Monetary/Resale Standpoint, is it worth it?

Hold on a minute here, just because a few people on this board would not spend the cash on the floor does not indicate what the general public thinks. I should point out here that I am in the Real Estate business so I do actually have a handle on what people do and do not care about when they...

    Tile deal!

Sorry BoCron, I have to disagree with you about Dynotile it is definetly one of the thinest products out there. I have samples of many of the different tiles so I do know what I am saying. It is also very flimsy and soft, you're about it not shattering when you hit it with a hammer but that's...

    any experience with u-coat it?

RE: Swiss Trax What about liquid getting trapped underneath the tile? This is why I purchased Race Deck over Swiss Trax, because Race Deck allows for air flow under the floor and Swiss Trax does not. Does anyone have any direct experience with water build up under Swiss Trax floors?? As far...

MotoFloor Garage Floor Tiles - How easy to REMOVE EACH ??

Somewhere I posted aome info about the CDN Tire tiles, anyways to summarize: I snapped a few together in the store, at this stage I thought they feeled brittle, went to break them apart as I have done several times with my Race Deck floor and the loops broke off. Not just one or two but all of...

Racedeck type tile & Radiant heat floor?

Race Deck works fine with radiant heat, maybe even better. The tile allows for air movement underneath which when warmed helps to create an extra insulation layer. Thats what I think with mine anyways.

    Floorjunkies Tile?

DO NOT BUY CHEAP FLOOR TILES!!!!!! Come on guys think about it, this is a floor to park your vehicles on not something for the laundry room. Cheap tiles, roll out mats or whatever will only cause frustration and leave you with an empty wallet. Believe me I know! For all you Canadian's...

    Question about Motofloor/Racedeck

You will over time have some problem with the white getting and staying dirty. White was my only regret with my floor, fortunately I used very little of it. I am not sure if the Motofloor and RaceDeck brand are equal in terms of durability. I thought that the Motofloor seemed softer, the...

    Daytona tile?

A neighbour had Daytona down in his garage for about a week. To answer your question, yes it seemed a bit quiter than Race Deck. Why only a week you may ask? Hi garage is not a straight approach from the driveway, he must come up the drive then turn 90 degrees to enter. This means turning...

Anyone know where I can get Racedeck in Canada?

    car/garage show near Toronto

Each to his own on this one but here's my two cents .... Hobby lift or not these are not toys. You get what you pay for with this type of product and a cheap lift is simply not worth the risk. I was at the SEMA show a few weeks ago and had a good long look at few lifts including Revolution...

Anyone know where I can get Racedeck in Canada?

or www.ultimategarageinc.com, not much on the their site but they have been around for a few years or CDN distributor, based out of Edmonton I think www.racedeckcanada.com because they have a CDN distributor, no US dealers are supposed to sell into Canada.

    Hot Rod Magazine Cabinets

Just did some digging around on another brand, Slide - Lok. I have never cared for the look of these cabinets, but I thought they might be reasonable value for the $$. They do claim to be made from plywood afterall. Sooooo.... I find out that they are indeed made from plywood - Chinese...

    Hot Rod Magazine Cabinets

You are absolutely right Rob, some of the MDF type cabinets are all that many can squeeze into the budget. That said I think that people are being mislead by fancy colors and names like Hot Rod, there are some decent wood type products out there but way more junk. Lets see if we can get some...

    Hot Rod Magazine Cabinets

Wilbilt is dead right, knock down particle board waste of money junk. Has anyone else noticed how may new companies are jumping into the "garage cabinet" business. The funny thing is that it seems like most of them are trying to outdo eachother by who can build the biggest pieces of ****...

    Fast-Flor

Do not use this in your garage it will not last! It may be cheaper than some of the other brands but you are just as well burning your hard earned cash than using this stuff. It is just too soft a material for vehicles unless of course you only own a Smart car, then it might be okay...
