    1 reason really....time. I just don't have the time to do it with a new born, 2 year old and 4 year old. And I guess also because I can do it and I refuse to pay someone to lay it on my 600 sq. Ft garage. So modular tiles make sense for me because I can knock them out in a weekend easily...

    subscribed, just spent a few hours reading this. woodworking I've got down, but metal work has always amazed me! great work, and in regards to time....I always just tell my wife that quality takes time, after all, you have been working on me for 15 years and I'm still not done :lol:

    Thanks! I guess I just thought rigid plastic might not do the contour like flexible tile. My worry was that the transition is going to fall right on the joint between 2 tiles. Thanks for the quick reply
