I've had a Lisle for at least 40 years. Always worked when I needed it.

Anything that is going to be stored for any period of time like meters or emergency lights get Energizer Lithium, I only use alkaline in things that get used up quickly and get swapped out frequently.

Actron CP9110. Got it in the early 90's. You bought a separate cartridge for each vehicle make. I still have it.

I got the dewalt listed above because I already had the batteries. Been happy with it.
