Thank you for pointing out the obvious cobbler. Much help indeed. When I made my second post about the check valve for whatever reason my browser hadn't updated and I had zero responses on my issues. Threw out what I found in the porter cable "troubleshooting" manual, and as soon as I posted it...

Did a little more research and heard to check and clean check valve. Any thoughts?
