    Well, I figure after just a year its time for me to post. Usually I just lurk, but now I am about to close on a shop and a nearby house. Its a modest but finished 36 x 40. The biggest drawback would be the cigarette smoke residue from the previous owner. Hopefully after we close in 2 weeks...
