So you would use a urethane? Is there any other type of clear sealer that would work better?

Once spring hits here in South Dakota, I will be finishing my garage floor. At first I bought the peel and stick and thought a urethane coat over the top would do, but after reading some on here, it may not be such a hot idea. Next option is VCT, but I would want a water tight seal, as winters...
