No it was only 3 1/2 inches thick and it had no rebar.

That’s the asymmetrical car lift that I wanted but they stoped making them.

I think There was a bel air hard top but not this one. It was a 210 then converted. It’s more of a hot rod and the window post make it stiffer. 383 stroker 460 horse 460 torque and a manual 6 speed😁

Yea I had to first figure out the balance/center of gravity of the car then place the lift to match. if you look close at the cars antenna it just touches that beam. That was my target through the whole procces.😎

What I wish I had is adjustable Hight pads. can’t seem to find any on the internet. I think the pin must be to small for that to work?

I would say the biggest drawback to the Mohawk is the price. I paid $9,350.00 and that’s not counting tax and shipping. but as they say you get what you pay for. I think this lift is the highest quality and strength you can get. And built in the USA.👍

That rebar in the old slab was what I installed. I drilled holes in the side of the slab and epoxied them in. The old slab had no rebar and was only 3.5 in some spots. That beam is only 10 ft but I still got just Under 6 ft head room.👌

All done but my 57 just barely fits😎 The beam just clears my windshield. I actually planed this before digging the hole for the lift. when I first started measuring for the lift I realized the only way the car would fit is if I backed in Lol. But I love this Mohawk it so nice.👍
