New ram/piston seal installed.. works as it should again. note I did NOT pry out the plastic washers from the "D" ring, just sprayed down the seat & ball with brake clean before re-assembly.

I took some measurements and found "close" U-cup on Ebay. will give that a try

Hello. Trying to fix a sesrs 214 2 ton jack. Appears that my main piston cup is bad due to the use if a groove for height/extension limit. Basically high pressure leak pushung past the cup seal. Measurements show this is a 22x40x12 seal, same as the 328 series. I just want the main ram...

I got the spring out, its busted on the id and took some of the center posts out too. I guess there is noneasy repair now?

Hello, i have a RL103 unit that stopped retracting. I took the pan head screws off the cover, but the cover is not coming off, glued? Replacement spring is way more than i am willing to spend on this, assuming the end has fatigued, can i anneal the end and rebend a new hook?
