Thinking a piece of 1 inch inside tubing/pipe slipped over the end of the jack and pinned in place. then some sort of end with a hole big enough for the jack pin. The base I don’t know just yet.

Dress them and call it a day if they’re really bad start with 36 grit make sure you leave the crown on them. Then work you way up the grits and polish them.

Probably seam sealer or window putty both never fully harden.

Well let’s bump this up since I may be working in this industry again this time for a restoration/custom shop. I finally get to be a real panel beater hopefully and not just a filler applyer/sander. I also acquired a vintage adjustable body file this year.
