    Which Bolts/Screws?

I would try to mortise the hinges into the wood like on a typical house door. Then you won't have to worry as much about what size/strength screws to use. carl

    Choosing a paint gun

I have a Binks 2000 and really like it. I started out with a cheapie Sears Craftsman gun and wound up cussing it to the point of tossing it. What a piece of junk. carl
