    Loan for garage

When you say "starting a family" does that mean a kid on the way? If your wife is already pregnant then I would wait and save some more. At least give it until the kid is six months old. Very few people save that much money, so you are doing well. Don't get garage fever and blow it right...

Looking for creative ideas for pipe storage

Thanks! I'm super excited! I have a LONG ways to go to get everything organized and usable though. My old garage had 4 racks on one wall to hold pipe and they were ok but not great. They were probably 18" wide or so. Being that wide and only having four they had a tendency to get full and...

Looking for creative ideas for pipe storage

I'm a plumber and just bought a house with a 40 x 50 shop  I had racks on the wall at my old place that worked ok but not great. I'm looking for a way to store 20' lengths of mostly pvc from 4" down to 1/2". Anyone have any creative ideas that would keep the pipe accessible and out...

    shop bathroom

You need 1/8" of fall per foot with 3" or 4" pipe, which means you need 25" of fall. You're really close, might be able to make it work.

Studor vent on vent pipe above roof

Not sure why this forum, but no, you shouldn't need them on the roof. I can't think of a reason to have them there even if something is really rigged in the house. They would help with squirrels but why only two if that was the problem. They only let air in, not out, but you want sewer gas...
