Vulcan tools was a division of the J.H Williams tool company in Buffalo New York. I lived about 10 minutes away from the plant. J. H. Williams opened its Buffalo plant in 1913 I believe. Not sure exactly when they started the Vulcan line of tools. I still have some Vulcan tools I purchased back...
