    Wrench Tests

Maybe I should clear myself up. A thread of tests without discussions. Does that make sense?

    Wrench Tests

Thought it might be helpful to link all the wrench test threads into one common thread so that someone looking at wrenches can find results of different wrenches easily. These are the two I known of: http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=182862...

    Lincwelder 225

You can also run Ac 7018 rod. 6011 is great on these welders. I learned how to weld on one of these with 6011.

I just got two sets at Sears Outlet and was impressed with the quality over the normal Craftsman Sockets. Am I the only one that thinks this?

    Circular Saw/Sidewinder info

I know this isn't one of your picks but I got the Kobalt saw. I picked it over the DeWalt, Hitachi, PC, and I can't remember the others they had. It is very sturdy and cuts very nicely.

    best 18-20v cordless drill?

I have the Dewalt 20 volt max impact driver/dril combo and my dad has the milwaukee combo. Honestly they are both great but the Dewalt batteries seem to last longer; I would go with the Dewalt between the two. I got one of those 1/4 hex to 3/8 square adapters and it works great.

Which one is a better deal PORTER-CABLE or Ryobi impact driver

I just got a dewalt 20 volt max and use a 3/8 adapter. I was un-doing a sprinkler line with 9/16 head bolts and twisted one of them off. The slim batteries lasted surprisingly well. Not as much torque as the hitachi 1/2 drive impact wrench but it worked well.

a gift for the person that has everything- the cow magnet (Harry Epstein)

You stuff them down a cow's throat and it keeps hardware from puncturing the reticulum (hardware disease). Cows are ruminants; ruminants have a four chambered stomach: rumen, reticulum, omasum, abomasum. There are certain bacteria in the rumen that break down cellulose from plants that...
