Question for you guys who have done it this way. I've had a couple companies out to give quotes on installing the insulation once I finish the framing. One didn't mention anything about the ceiling insulation needing covering (e.g. particle board or plywood), he just said it could be stapled up...

The existing bubble wrap insulation is extremely tight and unmovable--there are no current issues with condensation. So we should be good to go?

Any suggested layouts on my design (below)? 40x60 pole barn with 2 14x60 enclosed lean-tos on either side. Lean-tos 14' and center structure is 16' ceiling. This thread is amazing! Was feeling totally lost.
