    New first time home owner.

Welp, the way Gladiator gets you is that they want you to add a second Geartrack 18" below the top one for mounting cabinets. This offsets the forward lean, but is $10 more! I ended ponying up for the extra track peices in my garage, but added a coupler over accessories they make to fully use...

    Tool Breakage Frequency

This! I wrench professionally on heavy equipment as well, and the only thing I have broken/bent is a flat tip screw driver that I shouldn't have been using for a prybar and mini-picks which I also should not have been using the way I should have. I've got 95% Snap On/Williams/Caterpillar. A...

Snap ON MG1200 3/4" Impact-Refurbed by Snap On

Hey all, I've got a Snap ON MG1200 3/4 Drive Impact Gun that has been freshly refurbished by Snap On. Has brand new boot on the outside, although the metal body was not replaced by Snap On so there are a few nicks on that. Gun works like new, and I have never used it since getting it back...

It Seems No One Uses A Leader Hose

I use one on both my 3/8 and 1/2 impact. I have a wilton swivel at the inlet of the tool, and then the 3' whip hose. Don't understand why anyone would not want to use one, set up like this I can get into tight spots in a breeze. I guess also, our shop air is on retractable reels so we do have...

    CAT tools

They are JH Williams or Snap On at this time (tool boxes are Williams, were Snap On KRA's). CAT does jump around, so depending on the era, they could be Proto/Stanley. About 50% of my tools are CAT, I really like the Williams Super Combo wrenches. They have stood up to being beaten on with...

tools for pulling hydraulic cylinder pins?

Porta Power and an 80ton ram usually works for most seized in pins I've come across; although, it does help that the shop keeps all the tooling needed around. Would be hard (expensive) to acquire enough goodies to be able to pull everything on your own. If that fails, heat it up with the torch...

Grease guns. Are ANY worth a crud?

I have an Alemite cordless, use it nearly everyday. Easy to prime, and have used it for everything from greasing u-joints, to pumping up track adjusters on CAT D10s. Handles everything, and has been dead reliable.

Snap On CT4410 versus Milwaukee M18 3/8 Cordless Impact

If it means anything, I use my CT4410 a bunch, but sometimes skip a day or two and use an air gun. I've had issues with Li-Ion batteries dying very quickly if not used, or not recharging ever again after being in the cold. I need something I can trust day in and day out, whether the battery...
