    Screwdrivers (Tekton/Klein)

Thanks guys. I think I’m gonna kill multiple birds with one stone and just go for the Tekton kit.

    Screwdrivers (Tekton/Klein)

Hmm…idk I’m leaning towards Tekton. I actually have some Wera Lasergrips which are amazing. Williams is just too much for me to spend on homeowner tools.

Yea Tekton is definitely tempting. I could always do the Tekton hard handle set and then do the other high torque sets individually for the Torx, allen, hex, etc

Mr. Klein himself! Haha just kidding. I forgot I have a set of Bondhus metric Allen drivers so I could get the Klein sets and then get the SAE set of Bondhus Allen drivers and I’d be set

Yea I figured the Klein probably had the edge. I just like that Tekton is the one stop shop. Since Klein doesn’t make Allen drivers would you just say get their T Handles if I went that route or something else? Maybe Bondhus?

    Screwdrivers (Tekton/Klein)

Hey guys, I’m about to pull the trigger on Tekton’s High Torque Screwdriver and Nut Driver set. https://www.tekton.com/high-torque-screwdriver-set-drv41237 Just for home use - not professional use. I really like that it pretty much covers everything I’d need. The other option would be to...

Pliers - Must Have Pliers & Brands?

Thanks I went to Home Depot and got the Klein Needle Nose and Diagonal Cutters you recommended. The jaws on the Klein were a lot more precise and looked to have better fitment. I do really like the Channellock feel though! The different colored handles on Klein bugs my OCD haha. I like the blue...

Pliers - Must Have Pliers & Brands?

Thanks for the feedback. I really do love this forum - it is very helpful. That said, you could really drive yourself nuts by listening to every opinion. You'd change your list of tools every 5 minutes haha. At some point you do have to just pull the trigger and realize this isn't the last time...

Pliers - Must Have Pliers & Brands?

Well thanks for the help. I’d sure save myself a lot of money by going with a set of 420s. And for home use that’s realistically probably all I “need”. I don’t mind spending the money on the Knipex Cobras and Plier Wrenches, but it is something to consider I guess.

Pliers - Must Have Pliers & Brands?

I guess the other option is forget Knipex all together and just get like two Channellock 420s lol. I suppose it’s not as elegant as the Cobras and Pliers Wrench though. So if I went the Knipex route…2 10” Cobras and maybe the 7” Pliers Wrench…hmm

Pliers - Must Have Pliers & Brands?

Hmm yea I was wondering if it would be better to get a pair rather than different sizes. Is it still a good call to get the 7” and 10” Plier Wrenches though? I can change my order to two 10” Cobras if fhat

Pliers - Must Have Pliers & Brands?

I live in Arizona. I’ve noticed a lot of Channelock at the Home Depot’s. Not much Knipex anywhere, even at the Lowes’

Pliers - Must Have Pliers & Brands?

Well I think I’ve settled on my final order: Klein D203-8 Needle Nose Klein D2000-28 Diagonal Cutters Knipex Plier Wrench 10” Knipex Plier Wrench 7” Knipex Cobra 10” Knipex Cobra 7” I imagine this would cover most of my needs. Would probably look at Klein/Channellock for anything else going...
