    Yes, has ground. The 60A EVSE (commonly called charger) can deliver up to 48A, depending on the car. But I am not sure that even a Tesla can take in juice that fast. Most cars are at 32A currently, and my first generation Leaf is at 16A. So with *this* car, there is no problem at all with...
