Check the part number. 81011 is 60-tooth. 81011F is 84. 81011P is 120. The F and P suffixes hold true across all the common body ratchets.

Just about every car I've ever worked on through the last 4 or 5 model years have been either 5/8" or 13/16". Some newer ones are now coming with 14mm. 18mm is most common on Japanese motorcycles. I've never used my 3/4" -- think those are for lawn mowers, chainsaws and similar.
