I’m past that. It only took a year to get sign-off from Conservation. Ugh.

No water or sewer and within 30 feet of an electric service panel. Agreed about the size, but do to wetlands and zoning this is the biggest I can build. Luckily it's for storage only, the shop is elsewhere.

The plan would have the hoist on an I beam so it can be moved in, but only along one axis.
