As long as your relief valve is good, compressor tanks don't explode. They just develop pin holes and leak.

Thank you all for the responses. Run Mobile 1 in all my gas engines. What weight would you guys recommend? Compressor is in an unheated garage. Temperature today is 11 degrees. Tag on tank says made in 1947! Air is always "made". Have three 80 gallon tanks.

Natural gas is not 100% reliable.

All you really need is a ****** and a hose clamp.

They make boxed/open end wrenches the size you need, and sockets.

I do as Disney. A ratchet strap around the tread helps.

Update: Made up the parallel cables. Plugged in the gensets. Synced and worked perfectly. Saved $100. The starting procedure is important, but the same as the factory cables.

Clean and dry tank. Dump a gallon of Flex Seal inside. Add a little pressure for a minute or two. Bleed off air and let Flex Seal set up.
