bryanrak: Roll pins are a common part, I believe, so if you mangle them getting them out it's no big deal. Do use the appropriate size drift/punch. Possibly penetrating oil.
bryanrak: Comes to these roll pins, sounds to me like you are just going to have to use a heavier hammer (possibly heat too).

I was trying to figure out how to get the lifting tines/forks out of their sockets. Pulled 2 pins and they would not budge even after I hammered on them. Too bad. With the forks out this would be a lot more compact.
