    20x20 in suburbia

    For that mini loft I would have built a frame under the plywood. Basically 2x4's arranged like: Also, you want to make sure that the 2x4's are rotated 90 degrees from where the one is on the right to make better use of the load bearing properties of the board. Looks good so far.
