    I now have 110 VAC on both tombstones at one end of the fixture and 0 VAC at the other end. When installing the tubes with the end of the tube with all the "writing" (marketing blah blah blah) = no light. I suspect the issue is that the LEDs may not be the correct ones for this configuration...

    Thanks, I'll give it a try. I just bought some tubes and confirmed that the tombstones are "non-shunted".
