    Any easy ways to store sockets in toolbox but still be able to take on road trips?

    I thought about those westling ones before. The problem I had with that design is every socket would fall off when moving the rail in/ out of a box if the stud is that short. I wanted them to endure being banged around in a car tool box to so the hansen ones were out. Even if the rail loaded...

    I made my own hansen style rails. Just nails, flat stock, and some jb weld or locktight. Holds up in the car/ junk yard box great. Trick is to use rivets and washers as feet. Some of my 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" rails shown.
