    The angle head pliers posts made me curious. Bit the bullet and purchased my first Austrian tool. Super high quality fit and finish. Now looking for something to use it on........ And fittingly used my metric tape measure from Paris.

    All depends upon where the exhaust vent is for the hood. If it is next to your window, you might be sucking in exhaust back into the room.

    Commercial kitchen return air is a mixed blessing. One restaurant I worked had an induction grill that got stupid hot (800 plus degrees) The return air system had ambient air from outside feeding it. SO, In the winter I had 800* in my face and 30* air blowing down my back. Fun times, I'm lucky...

    Easyoff in the shop instead of in the oven

    It absolutely destroyed the a anodizing on one of my AllClad pots. My wife thought it needed a strong cleaning. Well, now I have a bare aluminum exterior on said pot. (Was $300 when purchased)
