Thanks for the info guys. I did not notice that my profile does not show my location (need to fix that) I am by Gurnee, IL, 50 miles north of Chicago. No idea it was so `rare` and explains why I never really found info on it when I was thinking of replacing the lift rods.

Hanging and mudding the drywall is one project I farmed out. Friend of a friend got me a great rate and saved my back from slinging 5/8" 4x8 sheets all over the place.
