I second the Rinnai tankless. We installed one earlier this year and it truly provides endless hot water. Best of all, the federal tax credit is still in effect until the end of this year if you are contemplating one.

I've been looking at the GarageVac as well. Can you tell me where you purchased yours from? It's pretty pricey when buying direct from the Intervac website, so I was looking for an alternate supplier. Thanks! Colin
