Yes horizontal and will be gas. The furnace will be cost to the wall. Was thinking putting drain thru wall down to stone at base of garage. Do they still make a unit that doesn't have a condensate on the heat side I know I need one for the ac.

Looking to put in an attic unit to save space. What would be a good size? Garage is 24x40 with 13ft ceiling. Walls are r19 with plywood over it. Ceiling is going to be tin with 12 inchs of blown in insulation. Chicagoland area.

Just poured a 1000sq ft floor. I know it has to cure. Just starting to look at options and cost. I'm really liking the metalic look. It a race car shop for my trailer and sons junior dragsters. It will see some oil and brake clean spills. Any good installers around south of Chicago?
