How funny. I live in Folsom and have a similar issue. My garage is about 780 sq ft and I have a need for cooling. We're currently in a heat wave where it's been over 100 for many days in a row and it doesn't cool down out night. I'll probably be going the mini split route.
Thanks so much for the kind words. I just typically take my time on things I've never really done before. I've worked in the manufacturing industry since I was 15. So I have lots of hands on and design experience. I used silicone on everything on this box. It should be pretty close to airtight.
Finally found time to finish up the subwoofer box I was making for my son.
A quick test fit in the car. Everything fit perfectly.

I know this is a garage site, but I'd like to show some of the projects I do around the house as well. A couple months back we decided to upgrade our home theater. We had the space for a much larger TV than the 52" that we currently were using. The current tv was also about 10 years old and...
I guess a long overdue update is in order. I honestly lost interest and got kind of frustrated when photobucket stopped allowing remote linking. I finally decided to re-link everything and update all my posts on this thread so the photos will show up. So, now everything here is functioning as...
Those are awesome. I would definitely keep them and try to find another use for them. Put them on a backyard shed maybe? Or if your garage backs up to the backyard why not put them on the other side and have them slide away from each other to open the garage to the backyard.
