Well the leak ended up being the front seal. Not a bad job, just tough rolling it around to remove the bolts and clips. Also the nuts on the shafts were way to tight and now lifts very well.

Working on a Craftsman 2 1/2 Floor jack model #214.12114 couldn't find a serial number. Want to get a rebuild kit which I'm finding out is quite imposable.
Gave the numbers to Lazzards with no reply yet. Anyone know where I can get them?

Wanted to replace some key seals because it looks like no service has been done. Only have a small leak i think at the release Valve. You think it's better just to go after the small leak and leave the rest until problems come up? I guess if it's not broke don't fix it!

I'm new to this site and found a lot of good information here. Seen many that are close to my model but not quite.
It's a 4 ton, have the TM 9-4910-701-14&P manual but doesn't explain all the screws on the cylinder and what they are for. The paint is pretty thick so the markings are...
