Call HD and tell them you never received the package. When they see the picture of where it was dropped off at the curb they will know why you did not receive it……. Maybe someone picked it up thinking it was garbage?

I would check out e trailer for some "plug and play" wiring so you don’t have to splice wires. Without knowing the vehicle manufacturer here is a sample for a Chevy...

On large jobs with services greater than 400 Amps I had a "generic" letter that the contractor would sign and seal that all terminations were properly torqued and put it in the job file………. NEVER did I want to witness anyone using a torque wrench because I would never get any work done.

Next time you see a LICENSED Electrical Contractor at a 7-11 or WaWa in the morning politely ask him/her if they have a torque wrench or torque screwdriver on the truck and maybe 1 out of 10 will say yes……… Some may even say "what’s that?" :twak:

Big question: What is the connected load? Without knowing this I cannot answer your question…… A 40 amp breaker may be good.
