    The Best Light Fixture Ever!

Yes, there are many styles, mine was just one example. Choose what fits what you want to do best. The plastic ones are easy to drill, however they are thicker so that would offset your fixture from the ceiling a little. You'd have to see what exactly the situation is and plan accordingly. If...

    The Best Light Fixture Ever!

A 4" round box cover with a 1/2" knock-out should work fine. Confirm with your electrician for code requirements otherwise. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Slater-4-in-Plastic-White-Round-Ceiling-Box-Cover-4RBCW/304271231

New speed perks from AA.. ripoff?

It's definitely way worse for me. Hell, we used to get $40 coupons, remember those? Man, you couple that with a 25% coupon & 5% Ebates and even their retail prices are easy to swallow. No mo'!

New speed perks from AA.. ripoff?

Hey Catch, there is a silver lining here. The minimum for the $5 coupon is in fact, $5. So you can use a $5 coup on a $6 order and just pay $1. It works in the online cart and clearly states that the minimum to use the coupon is $5. So at least we get that. You just have to carpet bomb...

New speed perks from AA.. ripoff?

Yep, and before you know it, you have a basket of useless $5 coupons. When I get pissed enough, I'm going to place 20 orders of a single quart of brake fluid with those coupons. Comes out to $1.20 each. When they complain at the counter, I'll kindly let them know that's what the new program...

Online you can't do this, I tried. I'd be very surprised if you could in-store.

New speed perks from AA.. ripoff?

I'd like to chime in here on my experience with this. Yes, we're getting screwed. I'm slowly watching my $20 and $40 coupons turning into dozens of useless little $5 coupons that I can't use unless I place multiple micro orders of just over $5. If I do that, I will get kicked out of the...

New 2-post lift fits 9-foot ceilings. PHOTOS

Having owned a MaxJax for about a decade now, I can absolutely confirm that every inch matters when it comes to vehicle height in a mid rise lift. It's not just a matter of well, I'll sit on the floor or just stand. There's a lot of middle ground there that's critical for oil drains, fuel tank...

New 2-post lift fits 9-foot ceilings. PHOTOS

David: I was excited when I saw this alternative to the 2-post baseplate and looked into it very intently. To make a long analysis short, this style of lift is completely counter-intuitive to us with low ceilings. We need all the room we can get, and this style robs a large amount of precious...

    The Best Light Fixture Ever!

And yet that's the most important one. Take a Dramamine and push thru it. It's worth it.

PS, first off to be clear, this was never a dig at you, in fact, I commend you immensely for what you've done in this thread for the past three years. Just wanted to always tell you that. :) Secondly, my experience is not with any of the bulbs listed here. It's past purchases with other name...

    The Best Light Fixture Ever!

This is one of the issues that has me gunshy of blowing $1,000 on chinese goods. I've been watching this thread for 3 years. :lol_hitti They love to say it's got a lifespan of however many thousands of hours. In my experience, that's all been complete horse feces. From standard led bulbs...

New 2-post lift fits 9-foot ceilings. PHOTOS

I haven't heard anything from anyone on the Bendpak. So looks like I'm going with the Atlas. Easier install, cheaper, and higher lift without the huge beam in the way. Tons of these are in service with good results.
