In any case I had to re-mist the concrete with water as I was applying.
Yeah, I talked to the ucoatit guys and they said just rent a dehumidifier for doing the clear and all should be good. Just have to make sure it doesn't get too arid in there for a while.

I suppose I'll let you know a bit about the garage. It's about 1000sqft 4 car. It's a 3 bay with one tandem being the 4th. It's all finished white walls and cieling and has 40 48'' flourescent lights.
