Ryobis brushless grinder is several steps above the regular grinder and worth the extra money, imo. A 5/6ah battery at the very least to run it.
As far a leave blowers, the couple I tried were anemic at best.
The more expensive one is for the crimp style rings and the other is for the hose clamp style rings.

Nope just need the multi chemistry 19.2 charger. If I were you I'd pick up a couple ion batteries, they're leaps n' bounds better than the ni-**** batteries.
I'd suggest the Toughbuilt C700 or the cheaper TOUGHBUILT C550.
I have a set of masterforce #1100's. I got them for $14.99(no Rebate) on sale over the summer, I really like them. They're not as nice as the ToughBuilt c550's but are very sturdy.
If you're concerned about a vapor barrier why not put poly sheeting up and tuck tape it then sheetrock the ceiling and osb the walls. I assume you're insulating as well.
Harbor freight black handled or northern tools Ironton set. I beat the **** out of them, can't go wrong for the price.

I have 2 sets of these, but branded Red Torin. They work great and I feel a little safer having the locking pin vs the HF 3 ton'ers I own. I use 3 ton'ers for cars and cuv's and 6 ton Red Torins for trucks and SUV's.
