I bought this vise solely to maintain a relationship with the seller, after I learned about Phoenix vises. My goal is this Wilton vise. According to him, the vises were acquired in Uruguay. Regarding the Phoenix, I need to evaluate it.

I really don't know the piece. I want to remove all the paint to check the details and lettering.
