Mickey, I should have been a little clearer, I know that they are wrench holders and figured the year to be around the early 60's because of the 19/32 & 25/32 wrench slot. I have some of the correct wrenches to fill the slots which is why he gave them to me. Thanks, Cliff Ramsdell
