have seen some epoxy floor sealer /paint, clear but £50 per 5liters.... thats almost 65 dollars for 1.3 US gallons....... ouch........hahaha.......

sorry it will be located in Crete, Greece...similar weather to S/California ... just need to stop oil and water stains..... reason for Granit chippings is because it's hard wearing.....some old engines I repair have cast iron wheels and they chew up normal concrete....... this will be my last...
