Evintho amazing job on the DP, I have an old 103.23640 that I'm in the process of refurb'ing, when I ran across your thread. Just curious when you were polishing and buffing the chuck did you leave it on the spindle or remove it? And did you use a bench mounted buffer or a dremel type? Thanks...
