My garage has 2x4 studs with a 2x? sill (seal) plate and the flooe was poured inside the concrete block foundation. I did not specify the floor/foundation set up. At this point, it is what it is! Now I want to epoxy the new floor. Can I epoxy the eposed couple of inches of the 2x plate? Or...
